    Retail Returns and Exchanges: We trust you will be satisfied with your Dusty Rocker Boots and Broken T Boots purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our online retail return policy is stated below:
    The merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.
    The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Clearance items must be returned within five (5) calendar days of receipt of purchase, and purchaser will be issued merchandise credit. 
    Returns will not be accepted on any custom orders that are made to your specifications and that have been signed off on by the customer. Cancellations of these items are only allowed in the proper time period of 5 days within placement of order & if production on the items has not been started. Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacture defect or if the order was not made correctly.
    The merchandise may be mailed back to us, but please notify a representative your intent to return or exchange.  Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized and special ordered items cannot be returned.
